Rugs are made to last a lifetime, so our carpet care experts use fresh water, air drying and biodegradable cleaning products on your rug. Our professional care experts will surprise you with the stains they can remove. They have fine tuned their process and this is what typically happens when you leave your carpet in our care:
1. Dust and vacuum 
2. Soak in water and mild shampoo
3. Hand wash both sides
4. Clean fringes
5. Rinse with fresh water
6. Repeat stages until water turns clear 
7. Air dry
8. Evaluate and repeat if necessary
